I identify as a biracial (Filipina and Caucasian), neurodivergent woman (she/her). I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington State. I provide trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy and conduct adult assessments for autism and ADHD. Born and raised in Seattle, I continue to call the Pacific Northwest home.
My interest in psychology began in college while working with autistic children and continued throughout my doctoral training. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Seattle Pacific University in 2013. My internship and post-doctoral training focused on trauma-informed therapy and psychological assessment, including full battery evaluations for a range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. During this period, I developed a lasting commitment to trauma-informed care, supporting underserved communities, and offering gender-affirming services.
After more than 12 years in private practice, I decided to expand the scope of my professional training to better support my clients. I earned a post-doctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2024. This advanced training allows me to help clients better understand psychotropic medication options and have informed conversations with their primary care providers and prescribing professionals.
Over time, my practice evolved to reflect a growing specialization in neurodivergent adults. Learning that autism and ADHD were present in my family led me to pursue additional training in adult autism assessment and to develop a particular focus on later-identified and under-recognized presentations of autism, ADHD, and AuDHD.
While I clearly enjoy pursuing new areas of learning, I value balance just as much. Outside of my clinical work, I’m happiest at home with my dogs, a hot cup of coffee, and a good audiobook. I also enjoy fair-weather hikes with my husband and playing with my son at the park.
